Kyla Session Two

So you have already met Kyla, no need for introductions.. I was so happy to photograph Kyla again. It is always an adventure as we explore new locations and Kyla is always keen to jump up on things or roll around in the grass!

Meet Penelope

Well this post is long overdue. This was quite an interesting project as I embarked on furthering My Matrics Collection I was also able to feature what some talented ladies are up to in Lydenburg. These ladies are called the Abafazi and they crafted the beautiful dresses and skirt in these photographs.My friend Elouise had a great influence on this project and together were able to put together a beautiful compilation of their work.
Hopefully there will be more features from the Abafazi in the near future.
We will watch in great expectation.

My Matrics Collection

Well this is something new I want to try; Matrics Collection.
I want to allow the Grade 12's of our town the opportunity to encapsulate this momental time of their lives in a, you guessed it, a photograph.
A photograph that shows off who they are and how wonderful it is to be young and have the hope of their future fresh in their minds (and eyes)..
